Employment opportunities
We are the nation’s leading authority on fair voting systems and a champion of democracy reform. We advocate for ranked choice voting and fair representation in Congress. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome qualified applicants of all races, ethnicities, abilities, genders, age, religion, political affiliation, and sexual orientations. To expand the diversity of voices that speak with authority in electoral reforms, our full-time and part-time employment opportunities, internships, mentorships and volunteer programs strive for diversity.
We support motivated individuals, candidates’ career development, and responsiveness to candidates from underrepresented communities in the electoral reforms space – with a passion for and demonstrated interest in public policies, promotion of fairer elections, and better government. We also are eager to have participants bringing a full range of political networks into our work.
