Divya is a Government Affairs intern at FairVote. She has volunteered with Columbia Youth for Debate and the American Red Cross, gaining valuable community outreach experience. Passionate about breaking down systemic barriers that exclude minorities from the electoral process, Divya helps with writing blog posts, tracking key voting rights legislation, and meeting with voting rights groups to support ranked choice voting (RCV). She is a rising sophomore at Barnard College, majoring in economics.
