Seamus Allen is a Government Affairs Intern at FairVote. He’s been writing about electoral reform since before he began high school, and is passionate about unearthing the root causes of unrepresentative, dysfunctional government.
Before joining FairVote, Seamus worked as a Legislative Intern in the Office of Representative Marie Gluesenkamp Perez and co-authored the tabletop roleplaying game Trail of the Behemoth. Seamus is also a sophomore at Stanford University, where he studies Public Policy, edits the Stanford Daily Magazine, and works as a Research Assistant in the Deliberative Democracy Lab.
