Joy is FairVote’s Director of Accounting, working in organizational accounting, finance, grant accounting and grant management. She has been working in non-profit organizations in D.C. metro area for over 15 years, and has accumulated substantial experience in accounting, budget development, grant financial management. Prior to joining FairVote, She was Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting in IREC and Project Accounting Manager in Environmental Law Institute (ELI), and Senior Financial Analyst in American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
Joy holds a Master of Accountancy degree from George Washington University. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, swimming and skiing.
