FairVote news update: June 9, 2026
June is the biggest month yet for ranked choice voting (RCV) in 2026. Today, Maine will use RCV in its primary elections. Next week, Washington, DC will use RCV for the first time. In both places, ranked choice voting has led to more positive campaigning and more voter choice – while also ensuring nominees have majority support.
Can you donate $25, $50, or $150 today to help bring ranked choice voting to more voters across the country?
